An order to MAPI, 2020. Covid lockdown was very strong and more lengthy than other States under our Governor in NC, especially for seniors. Federal and State agencies were in minute operation. the only thing operational was Amazon. It is easy to space out the minor detail like an order for the major events of a global emergency. The order arrived 2.5 years later, March 2023. The products was goo-sticky from the essential oils seeping out including the box. ALL the product was expired. When asking for partial compensation, the answers came back, NO, NO, NO ~ the full accountability was mine. I disagree. Love the product; used to sell it in my business, been a customer since conception. NOTHING. No consideration, no care, no willingness to meet half way or to mediate. NO.
